who we are

when you talk to our agent

The conversation at the end of our pages, on the contact page and on the studio page is with the studio's agent, an AI, and it says so at the start. What you write or say (and the brief it builds: your project, dates, a name and a way to reach you) is used only to answer you and prepare a quote, because you asked us to (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To understand and answer, the words pass through AI services that do not keep them for us: Groq, Google (Gemini) and Cloudflare (Workers AI). If you speak, the audio is turned into text and not stored. The conversation is kept for 90 days on Cloudflare, and each exchange (what was said, the page, the language and the country, never your IP address) is also logged in our Microsoft 365 spreadsheet for 12 months, so we can see how the agent answers and make it better (our legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); a finished brief is copied to our Microsoft 365 mailbox, calendar and spreadsheet and kept for 24 months after our last exchange, or longer if it becomes a job and the law requires us to keep invoices. A person reads every brief.

when an AI agent writes to us

Other companies' AI agents can send us a brief through our agent door (/mcp, /a2a, /api/v1). We treat it like any brief: kept as written, read by a person, unconfirmed submissions deleted after 14 days.

when we write to you

We sometimes email companies whose work fits ours. We use only a work email and name that the company publishes itself, on its own website, and we note where we found it. We never buy lists or guess addresses. We use them to offer the studio's work, on the basis of our legitimate interest in reaching businesses (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reply "stop" and we will never write again; we keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so that it stays that way.

this website

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, which hosts it, keeps standard technical logs to keep it running and safe.

your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy, by writing to contact@theleos.studio. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

who else sees it

Microsoft (email, calendar and files), Cloudflare (the website, the agent's memory and Workers AI), Groq and Google (the agent's language and voice). Both may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell or share your data with anyone else.

quando parli con il nostro agente

La conversazione in fondo alle nostre pagine, nella pagina contatti e nella pagina studio è con l'agente dello studio, un'intelligenza artificiale, e lo dice all'inizio. Ciò che scrivi o dici (e il brief che costruisce: progetto, date, un nome e un modo per ricontattarti) serve solo a risponderti e a preparare un preventivo, su tua richiesta (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Per capire e rispondere, le parole passano da servizi di intelligenza artificiale che non le conservano per noi: Groq, Google (Gemini) e Cloudflare (Workers AI). Se parli, l'audio diventa testo e non viene conservato. La conversazione resta 90 giorni su Cloudflare, e ogni scambio (ciò che è stato detto, la pagina, la lingua e il paese, mai il tuo indirizzo IP) viene anche registrato nel nostro foglio Microsoft 365 per 12 mesi, per vedere come risponde l'agente e migliorarlo (nostro legittimo interesse, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); il brief finito viene copiato nella nostra casella, nel calendario e nel foglio Microsoft 365 e conservato per 24 mesi dall'ultimo scambio, o più a lungo se diventa un lavoro e la legge ci obbliga a conservare le fatture. Una persona legge ogni brief.

quando ci scrive un agente di intelligenza artificiale

Gli agenti AI di altre aziende possono inviarci un brief dalla nostra porta per agenti (/mcp, /a2a, /api/v1). Lo trattiamo come ogni brief: conservato così com'è, letto da una persona, cancellato dopo 14 giorni se non confermato.

quando ti scriviamo

A volte scriviamo ad aziende il cui lavoro è vicino al nostro. Usiamo solo l'email di lavoro e il nome che l'azienda pubblica sul proprio sito, e annotiamo dove li abbiamo trovati. Non compriamo liste e non indoviniamo indirizzi. Li usiamo per proporre il lavoro dello studio, sulla base del nostro legittimo interesse a contattare le imprese (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Rispondi "stop" e non ti scriveremo più; conserviamo solo il tuo indirizzo in un elenco di esclusione, perché resti così.

questo sito

Il sito non usa cookie pubblicitari o di tracciamento. Cloudflare, che lo ospita, conserva i normali log tecnici per farlo funzionare in sicurezza.

i tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli o cancellarli, limitarne o opporti al loro uso, o riceverne una copia, scrivendo a contact@theleos.studio. Rispondiamo entro un mese. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

chi altro li vede

Microsoft (email, calendario e file), Cloudflare (sito, memoria dell'agente e Workers AI), Groq e Google (linguaggio e voce dell'agente). Entrambi possono trattare dati fuori dall'UE con le clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea o il Data Privacy Framework UE-USA. Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati a nessun altro.
